Retroactively address previously completed grading work on site. Project will include mitigation for the stream buffer on the southern portion of the site and perimeter landscaping. The existing single-family residence will be converted to an office space and the remainder of the site to be used as a graveled storage yard. A separate clear, fill and grade permit has been applied for to retroactively address previous grading work as well.
