• Provide reasonable stormwater controls for the current, existing situation: i.e. large gravel lot. This permit is not to authorize the possible future use, but to permit filling and grading work already completed. Revise plans and reports to reflect any decisions made concerning the use of the property in the immediate future, or at least provide a narrative specifically stating how the property will be used in the immediate future and which portions of the submittal are not for that specific current review.
