We will be completing a retrofit project at WSDOT Maintenance Bldg. located at 3150 S Meridian Puyallup, WA 98373. This retrofit consist of no tearoff of the existing metal. We will be filling in voids left by skylights that will be removed. Those voids will be filled in with matching metal panels to the existing sheet metal roof. We will retrofit the metal roof by loose laying one layer of 1" EPS flute filler, mechanically fastening one layer of 1/2" dens deck coverboard, and then mechanically fastening one layer of 60MIL Embossed PVC Membrane. - WSDOT HQ, WILLOWS BLDG. 1
