1. Fuel storage needs vehicle impact protection. Provide ecology blocks or bollards to be compliant with 2018 IFC Section 312.
2. Provide spill kit for fuel storage.
3. Provide Fire Extinguisher for fuel storage.
4. Fire Extinguishers throughout building not tagged. Provide proper tags and certification for all onsite Extinguishers.
5. GC was warned not to cover fire sprinkler piping on roof by Building Inspectors Kevin and Shannon prior to this inspection. All areas can not be visually seen and will not be approved or inspected through holes cut in the walls. Remove all areas that cover fire sprinkler piping prior to next inspection.
6. These areas on the roof will require heat detection if not already shown on the Fire Alarm plans. Heat detectors are required to have 24/7 access to each device. Access hatches will be required for each device. Annual inspections on the fire alarm system will be a challenge if not framed correctly.

1. Fuel storage needs vehicle impact protection. Provide ecology blocks or bollards to be compliant with 2018 IFC Section 312.
2. Provide spill kit for fuel storage.
3. Provide Fire Extinguisher for fuel storage.
4. Fire Extinguishers throughout building not tagged. Provide proper tags and certification for all onsite Extinguishers.
5. GC was warned not to cover fire sprinkler piping on roof by Building Inspectors Kevin and Shannon prior to this inspection. All areas can not be visually seen and will not be approved or inspected through holes cut in the walls. Remove all areas that cover fire sprinkler piping prior to next inspection.
6. These areas on the roof will require heat detection if not already shown on the Fire Alarm plans. Heat detectors are required to have 24/7 access to each device. Access hatches will be required for each device. Annual inspections on the fire alarm system will be a challenge if not framed correctly.
7. The fire sprinkler system standpipe FDC connections have no caps and are wide open to vandalism. Requirement, flush standpipe for possibly debris in system from being left open at all floors.
