If you are a property owner, contractor or permittee and you are paying for someone to perform the work, they must have a valid contractor registration and the person(s) installing plumbing inside a structure must meet the plumbing certification requirements. At this time (9/9/2025) the approved scope of work shall only be for the scoreboard and lighting installation. Bleacher installation and track & field is contingent on PRCCP20220589 approval. Any work done prior to PRCCP20220589 approval will be at risk of the applicant and any conflicts with the approved civil plans (PRCCP20220589) shall be redone at the applicants expense.
