Civil Sheet C6-201: The 6-inch cast iron water main (not 4-inch ductile iron) at both tap locations is inter-tied with other supply lines from both directions, and can be difficult to isolate to cut in tees. Call out to wet tap through a 6-inch double strap saddle with 2-inch threaded outlet, Ford FSD202 or approved equal, 2-inch by 4-inch brass nipple, and 2-inch resilient seated wedge gate valve with 2-inch square operating nut. A 2-inch tap is small enough to not require a thrust block.
