1- PROVIDE PLANS AND PERMIT ON SITE FOR INSPECTION.
2- COVER AND FINAL INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED.
3- FIRE WATCH IS REQUIRED WHEN SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS OUT OF SERVICE IN EXSISTING BUILDINGS.
4- CONTRACTOR REQUIRED AT ALL INSPECTIONS.
5- HYDRO TEST WILL BE REQUIRED ON ALL NEW AND EXISTING BUILDINGS. APPOINTMENT REQUIRED.
6- HYDRO TEST, TWO INSPECTIONS WILL BE REQUIRED 2HRS APART. CALL TO SCHEDULE TIMES.
7- FIRE PUMPS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE TESTED AND WITNESSED BY INSPECTOR.
CONTRACTOR MUST BE PRESENT AT INSPECTIONS.
