Corrections:	Correction 1: Other/Miscellaneous Status: Outstanding Date Status Changed: 02/13/2025 Comments: The overall concept of having garbage sit outside of individual units until maintenance workers can come and relocate it to the compactor is a non-starter. Unless we are misinterpreting the verbiage in the AMR, this would cause for exposed garbage to sit next to (possibly hundreds of) front doors and then be relocated by some type of employee. This would be unsightly, smelly and would attract pests. Revise the overall plan to ensure that garbage is only placed directly into a dumpster or compactor in a covered area with a type 1 CB connected to the sewer. Resubmit this AMR with language that represents this correction. All of the details (for the trash) do not have to be finalized in this AMR -we can work it out on the civil submittal - but the AMR must be consistent with that upcoming design. For the civil submittal we will expect some type of equivalent volume to be provided for trash. PMC specifies that for occupied resdiences the minimum solid waste service required is a "micro-can". Multiplying the volume of one of these times the number of units proposed will yield an appropriate dumpster/compactor volume.
	Correction 2: Other/Miscellaneous Status: Outstanding Date Status Changed: 02/13/2025 Comments: The narrative describes a "low wall". According to PMC20.25.040(8) the barrier shall be no lower than the maximum height of the receptacles.
	Correction 3: Other/Miscellaneous Status: Outstanding Date Status Changed: 02/13/2025 Comments: No exception taken to 9 satellite recycling stations having no roof or sewer connection as is described in this proposal.
