Description: The subject property has been classified as a contaminated site by the Tacoma Pierce County Health Department (TPCHD) and must be remediated per Washington Administrative Code Title 173. Description: Building permit PRFN20240667 cannot be issued until civil construction permit PRCCP20240183 is issued first. The City shall not be held liable for any conflicts that arise between the approved building plans and approved civil construction plans since the building permits were issued prior to civil approval. Ken Cook authorized that this condition be changed from a prior to issuance condition, per normal procedures, to a prior to completion condition in order for work to begin on the building permit while the civil construction permit is under review.
