This proposal seeks to make improvements to 212 and 302 Todd Road NE, including the construction a contractor's shop and yard with 3,531 SF of office space, 1,077 SF of shop work space, 4,308 SF of shop storage space, and 1082 SF of storage space. Parking and paving is proposed with the construction of the building. Project proposes permeable pavement and an infiltration pond to infiltrate 100% of the project site's stormwater runoff. One 2" water service line to the proposed building and one 2" irrigation service line will extend from an 8" water main along Todd Rd NE. The building will connect to existing sanitary sewer stub within 212 Todd Rd. The project proposes frontage improvements, including curb and gutter, half street paving, 8' sidewalk, street lighting and ROW dedication. - TODD ROAD STORAGE YARD
