1- PROVIDE PLANS AND PERMIT ON SITE FOR INSPECTION. 2- COVER AND FINAL INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED. 3- FIRE WATCH IS REQUIRED WHEN SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS OUT OF SERVICE IN EXSISTING BUILDINGS. 4- CONTRACTOR REQUIRED AT ALL INSPECTIONS. 5- HYDRO TEST WILL BE REQUIRED ON ALL NEW AND EXISTING BUILDINGS. APPOINTMENT REQUIRED. 6- HYDRO TEST, TWO INSPECTIONS WILL BE REQUIRED 2HRS APART. CALL TO SCHEDULE TIMES. 7- FIRE PUMPS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE TESTED AND WITNESSED BY INSPECTOR. CONTRACTOR MUST BE PRESENT AT INSPECTIONS.

Please be advised, the subject property may be flagged as a contaminated site by the Washington State Department of Ecology. Further action may or may not be required. As a courtesy, the City of Puyallup is notifying permit applicants of the possible contamination prior to construction. The City is not placing a hold on the development permit or notice against the property title for the possible contamination, but rather informing the permit holder and contractor prior to any ground disturbing activities. Please direct any inquiries or questions regarding the status of the contamination to the Tacoma Pierce County Health Department (TPCHD) by emailing UST@tpchd.org.
